HDS Transport and Hillier Nurseries
Hillier Nurseries and Garden Centres have worked with HDS Express Transport Ltd for many years. HDS Express Transport Ltd provide us with additional B2C delivery of Garden Furniture and Barbecues sold in our 22 Garden Centres in the peak spring/summer season when business levels are too high to manage just with our own delivery teams.
The relationship started when the Hillier group had twelve Garden Centres and our warehousing was based near Newbury and it has continued even as we have grown in size and moved our central operations down to the Southampton area. HDS Express Transport Ltd understand the need for a white-glove service for our customers and they provide it, going above and beyond to ensure that not only are our delivery needs met in a timely manner, but that the customer service they provide is every bit as good as that of our own team. This reflects extremely well on Hillier and is often noted by our customers who contact us with positive comments about the service they have received.
